Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 cup cooked skinless chicken, chopped small
1 bag mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions
Mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup together in a greased casserole dish. Mix Bisquick, milk and egg in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and spread evenly. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
