Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 can Tomato Soup (Robusto)
1 cup frozen corn
3/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1 tsp. group cumin
1 can Cheese Soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp real butter
1 1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 can Rotel

Directions:
Cook beef and turkey until browned. Stir in tomato soup, corn, picante, cumin and 1/2 can of Rotel. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Mix cheese soup, milk, 1/2 can of Rotel and butter in sausepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes. Let stand 30 seconds. Mix with fork until evently moistened. Drop potatoes by large spoonfuls onto beef mixture.

Serves: 4
